Customized Products
All customized products are made according to the design, name, number, size, color, or artwork provided by the customer. Because each order is specially produced, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team.
Eligible Refunds & Returns
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The wrong size is sent by our team.
- The wrong design, name, or number is printed due to our mistake.
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- There is a manufacturing defect or printing defect.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:
- You selected the wrong size when placing your order.
- You provided incorrect customization details.
- You changed your mind after production has started.
- Minor color variations occur due to screen settings.
- The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The request is made after the allowed return period.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once your customized product has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible because it is made specifically for you.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was made by CustomKitsPK.
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product contains a manufacturing or printing defect.
- The mistake occurred during production by our team.
Replacement orders are processed as quickly as possible.
30% Advance Payment Policy
We require only 30% advance payment to confirm customized orders.
This advance covers production costs and is generally non-refundable once production has started.
